F4F Wildcat wheels designed for perfect fit with the 1/48 Eduard Wildcat kits. Smooth tread is most appropriate for pre- and early war aircraft, such as the F4F-3 and F4F-4.

The axle opening has been sized to fit the Eduard gear struts without wobbling of vague fit – taking one variable out of an already complicated landing gear situation.

Raised sidewall lettering is intentionally a bit overscale in order to get it to show up properly – which it does nicely on 8K printers set to 20 microns.

These wheels can absolutely be used with other 1/48 Wildcats, and scaled up or down, though they may require some modification to fit other manufacturer gear struts.
