The T28 absolutely dominated May 2026 in a way I was neither expecting or prepared for. Which is a great problem to have, but it’s also thrown other pre-orders and my more extended roadmap into some disarray.
So I wanted to give a quick update – especially for those of you who’ve already placed pre-orders and are curious when these things will be shipping.
M24 Chaffee Tracks – Awaiting Final Kits
I’ve had the 1/35 and 1/16 T72 tracks “done” for awhile now. They look great. They print great. Go together wonderfully. The 1/35 links fit AFV Club and Bronco sprockets perfectly. I’ve already got the packaging printed. The 1/35 batch files are basically production ready.

At this point, it’s a waiting game for the Tamiya and Gecko kit sprockets.
1/35 Sherman T84 Tracks – Done, Awaiting Production Capacity
The T84 is the final HVSS track type I’m planning on producing, along with the T66, T80, and T80E5.
Both Fresh and Worn options are done. The final files have been finalized. Packaging is ready to go.

But T28 products are currently hogging all printing capacity. I’m hoping some gaps will open up later in the week and I can start sneaking HVSS tracks into the mix. Several others are badly in need of restock, as well.
1/16 Sherman T48 Worn Tracks – Also Awaiting Production Capacity
These are maybe the furthest out of the pre-orders, and they’re basically right around the corner, also awaiting production capacity.

The thing with 1/16 tracks is that they hog printer capacity even more than T28 stuff. So I’m having to figure out where I can slot them in.
The Roadmap
The roadmap is still roadmapping. But one thing I’m finding is that being too rigid, too far out, is dangerous. I need to leave room for the ADHD hyperfocus squirrels to lead me on sidequests down rabbit holes.
That’s how the T28 tracks (and suspension, and muzzle brakes, and…) and Schwimmwagen wide wheels came to be, and they’re among my hottest sellers.
Clearly those squirrels know something.
So yeah. Stuff that’s close – worn T41s and WE210s, 1/16 Jeep trailer wheels, etc – will pop up for pre-order sooner rather than later. But other things that are “on the roadmap” probably need a more accurate descriptor. The road possiblity cloud?

Yeah, I’ll have to think on that one.
