What’s a T80E5?

The T80E5 is an HVSS track type unique to Israeli Shermans. It’s essentially a regular T80 track with a rubber coating over the cast steel outer track face. The result is a slightly thicker track and a noticeably taller grouser – 1.5 inches vs the regular T80’s 1 inch.

Will They Fit My Sherman?

These T80E5 tracks have been fit-tested on M4A3E8 sprockets from Tamiya, Takom, and RFM and should fit all of the newer-tool HVSS Sherman kits on the market, IDF Super Shermans included.
