TL;DR
Return period: 45 days from order completion (when an order ships and its status updates to Completed in the system)
Return conditions: To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it (including original packaging).
Missing or damaged parts: If your item arrives with missing, damaged, or defective parts, we will replace them free of charge. See below for more.
Digital items are non-refundable: With few exceptions, digital downloads are not eligible for refund. See below for more.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, send an email to doogs@doogsstudios.com. Be sure to include your order number, the item you wish to return, and your reason for returning it. We will follow up from there.
Missing, Defective, and Damaged Items
If your item is missing specific parts, or if parts arrive defective or damaged, we will be happy to make it right. Please send us an email at doogs@doogsstudios.com, let us know what’s going on, and include any pictures that may be relevant.
Please note that we may not be able to replace items damaged or broken in the modeling process, or may require payment for shipping costs.
Digital Purchase Policy
Digital downloads are only eligible for refund under one condition: that they have not been downloaded. This is intended as an out for anyone who purchases a digital product thinking it was a printed product.
If the item or items have been downloaded, refunds are off the table.
If you inadvertently purchased a digital product and didn’t realize until you hit that download button, please reach out. While a refund isn’t an option, a store credit or a discount code might be.
Why aren’t downloaded purchases eligible for refund? The same reason we can’t have nice things generally – an unscrupulous few ruining things for everyone else. In this case, downloading files, getting a refund, and then using the files anyway or worse still, trying to sell them as their own.
