Designed for Meng kits VS-011 and VS-012. Can work with other WWII Jeeps (Willys MB, Ford GPW, etc), but the mountings are specific to the Meng kit.

Wheel Set 1:

• Combat Split Wheel – The 16″ Combat Wheel is the wheel worn by every Jeep in World War II. It’s been recreated here in faithful detail, from right down to the air valve and visible split wheel fasteners on the inside face.
• Fresh Tires – This set comes equipped with fresh 6×16 non-directional tread (NDT) tires and would be entirely appropriate for Jeeps that saw light service, that were early in their service life, or that recently got a fresh set of shoes.

All Jeep Wheel Sets Include:

• Weighted Tires – All four ground wheels are realistically weighted. WWII-era NDTs were pretty stiff and did not sag or bulge extravagantly, so the effect is kept subtle.
• 1x Spare Tire – All Jeeps need a spare! The spare tire is not weighted.
• 1x Spare Mount – Unlike the kit spare (and most aftermarket spares), Doogs Studios Jeep sets feature a separate spare mount, giving you lots of freedom if you want to paint or weather it differently, mount the spare slightly off center, and so on.
• Front and Rear Wheels – Front and rear wheels feature different axle hub details, as well as different inner axle mount sizing.
• Rotated Tires – Front and rear wheels are rotated to avoid the copy-paste look of sidewall text in the same position.
