Doogs
Hi there. Name’s Matt. Or Doogs, if you prefer.
Since this is an About page, let’s get straight to it.
I’m 30. Married. Father to an adorable little boy, beautiful baby girl, and four dogs.
During the day, I’m an associate creative director at a social media agency in Austin, TX.
In my free time (such as it is), I write. Or wrote. Or try to write. Historical fiction, mostly. It’s a nice contrast to the digital content and social media strategeriness that I live with every day.
I also get all interested in cars, photography, technology, politics, history, movies, and knitting. Actually, scratch that last. I can barely tie yarn in a knot.

i like the slide share myself. well done! can’t wait to see more tutorials.
very nice!
Wow what great Doogie style! 🙂
I like the slide show presentation as far as drama but the “all pages laid out” presentation is much more efficient. No scrolling looking for a page you want to jump back to and after seeing the whole presentation, being able to view every page in review is like an instant recap and then can jump to steps you might want a 2nd look at. The all page, hands down, IMO is the superior teaching format. The models look great and the site is stunning. Thanks.
Is there some way I can ask you a few questions about painting techniques other than corresponding with you in a very old post? do I use Facebook or what? I appreciate your various tutorials ect and what to learn more.
Yep! I’m on facebook as well. Just be persistent about messaging since I’m awful at it. Saw something that, with ADHD, our brains treat intending to reply to a message the same as if we have actually replied. And I’m very guilty of that!
